Home in New Jersey for a couple days. Here are 3 things I saw out of my window today.

Took a few minutes today to look through my old “europe” moleskine from last year. This thing has been thoroughly bruised and battered from traveling with me through 5 countries over 7 months, but even though the corners are more-than frayed and the spine is starting to come apart, it has now earned its rightful resting place on my shelf and will continue to preserve these scribbles and doodles for years to come.

I love that just looking through it brings back so many vivid memories - I can literally remember exactly where I was and the mindset I was in when I did each of these drawings. Turns out my own sketchbook was the best souvenir I could bring back with me.
